Litigation Paralegal - Business & Civil Litigation
Salary up to $170K | Hybrid (3 days in-office max)
A well-established mid-to-large law firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal to join its Business & General Civil Litigation team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex matters, enjoys hands-on trial support, and wants to work closely with attorneys on meaningful cases.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage eDiscovery workflows from data ingestion through production (Relativity-focused)
- Run advanced searches, oversee productions, and coordinate with forensic and eDiscovery vendors
- Support attorneys with investigations, case prep, and trial preparation
- Play a key role in trial prep and war-room support, including organizing exhibits, witness files, and trial materials
- Provide in-court support during trials (exhibit management, note-taking, logistics)
- Work with litigation technologies such as Relativity, Everlaw, LiveNote, CaseMap, TimeMap, and related tools
Top 3 Requirements
- Strong eDiscovery expertise, particularly with second-generation platforms like Relativity
- 7-10+ years of civil litigation defense experience
- Prior experience in a mid-size or large law firm with demonstrated job stability
Trial prep and graphics/hot seat experience is a plus, but not required.
